This appointment is designed for patients who would like an initial discussion with Mr Yadav before arranging a full face-to-face consultation. It is particularly suitable for: - Patients travelling a long distance to attend clinic - Patients unsure which procedure may be most appropriate - Patients considering lower eyelid surgery or combined procedures - Patients seeking an initial professional opinion before committing to an in-person assessment During the appointment, Mr Yadav will review your concerns, discuss possible treatment options, and advise whether you may be suitable for surgery and which procedures are most likely to help achieve your goals. Please note this appointment does not replace a formal surgical consultation or examination. For upper blepharoplasty alone, eligible patients may still proceed via our standard online consultation process as part of the all-inclusive upper blepharoplasty package. However, for lower blepharoplasty, combined eyelid procedures, revision surgery, or more complex concerns, an in-person consultation is required. This is because there are several different surgical approaches and techniques that can only be properly assessed through a detailed face-to-face examination.
